Payment Methods

We offer you the following secure payment options:

  • PayPal
    Pay easily, quickly, and securely via your PayPal account. After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to finalize the payment.

  • Prepayment (Bank Transfer)
    You transfer the invoice amount in advance to our bank account. If you select prepayment as your payment method, you will receive an email with our bank details after a successful order. Your order will be shipped immediately after we receive your payment.

  • Klarna
    You can also pay easily via Klarna. Choose this payment option during checkout for flexible payment options.

  • Credit Card
    We accept credit card payments for a fast and secure transaction. Simply select this option at checkout.

 

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Costs:

    Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the package. The exact costs will be displayed during the order process. These prices apply to packages weighing up to 5 kg and with a maximum size of 120 x 60 x 60 cm.

    For heavier or larger shipments, additional shipping charges may apply. In this case, the exact shipping costs will be calculated individually and communicated to you before shipping.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Within Germany: approx. 2-4 business days after payment receipt
    • International (e.g., USA, China): approx. 7-21 business days after payment receipt, depending on the shipping service provider and destination country.

  • Shipping Provider: We ship exclusively with DHL to ensure secure and fast delivery.

 

Note
Please note that shipping will only take place after payment has been received. For prepayment, it may take up to 2 business days for the payment to reach us, depending on the bank.
