Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who acts for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (please include your company name, address, email address, and phone number) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Costs of Return Shipping
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend sending the return as an insured package to have proof of shipment.
Refusal of Acceptance
Please note that a fee will be charged for refusal of acceptance:
- If you reside in Germany, the fee is €20.
- In all other countries, the fee is €30.
In this case, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding fee from your refund amount. Please note that the goods must be returned in pristine condition to ensure a full refund.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is significant.
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
